Karolína Al-Eraidiová works in music management and production, primarily for singer Vojtěch Dyk and his projects under the Dyk Production label. She also collaborates with world champion beatboxer Endru, contributes to directing music videos, and continues to perform as an actress.

 

She holds a degree in management and marketing and studied dramatic acting and hosting at the Higher School of Performing Arts in Prague. In the past, she produced international design events at Milan Design Week, Designblok, and other global platforms.

BELGIUM | Founder and chairman of Toernee Mondial

Roger was the director and programmer of a 400-seat cultural venue in Leopoldsburg, Belgium, for over 30 years. In 1995, he founded Toernee Mondial, a network of around twenty Flemish cultural centres focused on organizing concert tours for international artists in world music, folk, roots and related genres. The network, which Roger still leads, has recently expanded to include circus and physical comedy.

Since retiring in 2018, Roger has remained active as chairman of Toernee Mondial and continues to curate the TMon on Stage programme. He strongly believes in discovering music through direct, in-person encounters.

CANADA | Music Promoter, Festival Artistic Director - Sunfest

Alfredo Caxaj is a respected music promoter and a long-standing advocate for global music, artists, and cultural diversity. In 1995, he founded the Sunfest World Music & Jazz SummerFestival in London, Ontario — now one of North America's premier celebrations of globalculture.

 

He serves as the co-artistic director of the non-profit Sunfest–London Committee for CrossCultural Arts Inc., which supports year-round programming that fosters intercultural dialogue. Through his vision and leadership, Sunfest has become a vital platform for world music and a cornerstone of cultural life in London and across Canada.

POLAND | Founder and Art Director wrOFF Showcase Festival

Paweł Andrzej Drygas is the founder and artistic director of the wrOFF Showcase Festival and the manager of "Łącznik" music club at Wrocław's "Czasoprzestrzeń" Cultural Centre. Deeply immersed in the local music scene, he has written several academic papers on the subject and organized numerous concerts to promote young musicians, alongside educational activities.

 

As the manager of Łącznik Club, Paweł has orchestrated hundreds of concerts for both Polish and international bands. His extensive experience in the industry includes participation as a delegate and musician at various prestigious showcase festivals and conferences, such as Reconnect Brno, Live at Heart, Future Echoes, Canadian Music Week, Spring Break, Next Fest, Tak Brzmi Miasto, and more.

 

Paweł's dedication to music has been recognized with a Ministerial Scholarship, awarded for both his artistic and scientific contributions. Beyond his roles as a manager and festival director, he is also a graphic designer, sociologist, and musician. As a drummer, he has performed in nearly 300 concerts, with that number steadily rising.

Anna Dupák has over a decade of experience in the cultural and educational sectors. With a background in intercultural and educational studies, she has worked in both the NGO and private sectors, coordinating international and local projects while gaining solid experience in communications and event management.

She joined Hangvető in 2023, where she is responsible for the communications of Budapest Ritmo and large-scale European initiatives such as UPBEAT – The European Showcase Platform for World Music, and previously, MOST – The Bridge for Balkan Music.

Ludovico is a music fundraising consultant and teacher in project management, fundraising and development of music projects and organisations with decades of experience. He has been supporting music, cultural and creative industry organizations since 2018, accompanying them to start-up or scale diverse music projects - from record labels, to music schools, clubs and festivals. In the field of music fundraising & development consulting, he specializes in philanthropy and CSR funding. Since 2019, he has founded and leads Sud Sonico, a music non-profit organization using music as a medium for social impact, youth empowerment, solidarity and enchantment of material & immaterial heritage of South Italy.

GREAT BRITAIN | Co-funder of Wide Events

Olaf Furniss is the co-founder of Wide Events, which hosts the Wide Days international music convention, the Born To Be Wide seminar/social evenings, the Off The Record youth initiative and in partnership with the Edinburgh Fringe, Made In Scotland Gigs. The company is also spearheading Scotland’s music export initiatives and in addition to promoting the Scottish presence at ESNS, SXSW and The Great Escape, has also developed a training workshop for music-makers and rights holders to become sync ready. 


An expert in music tourism, Olaf organised the world’s first international conference to bring together the two sectors and has hosted numerous workshops and panels on the subject. In 2023 he also launched the Music Tourist podcast.


As a journalist Olaf has reported for the BBC, The Guardian, Billboard, Musik Woche and I-Q, and he co-writes the Under The Radar column in the Scotland on Sunday newspaper, which is exclusively focused on emerging Scottish talent.

Currently working as a Programming Coordinator at the Royal Albert Hall, Vivek worksalongside colleagues in the Beyond the Main Stage team to programme performances outside of the auditorium space, including live shows, talks and exhibitions. 

 

Beyond the Main Stage programming covers classical music, jazz, standalone performances, yoga, poetry and much more. The team looks to programme innovative, inclusive and emerging performers, offering opportunities for artist development and growth along the way.

Gutie is the director and curator of Rec-Beat, a major Brazilian music festival held annuallyduring Carnival in Recife. With a 29-year tradition, Rec-Beat is known for its diverse, inclusive programming that blends tradition and in ovation, with a focus on Afro-Latin American music. It was recently recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Recife.

 

He also leads ANIMAGE, Brazil’s most prominent animation film festival, and curates fornational and international music events. Gutie is a founding member of ADIMI (Associationfor the Development of the Ibero-American Music Industry) and Directorof International Relations at ABRAFIN (Brazilian Association of Independent Festivals).

 

 He also manages Brazilian artist Getúlio Abelha.

Aggelos is a versatile professional – a passionate storyteller, marketing strategist, communications expert, and above all, a devoted music lover. For the past five years, he has worked on various cultural projects as a communications and marketing manager. Since 2023, he has also been co-curating Athens Jazz, a festival much loved by the Athenian audience.

 

Based at Technopolis City of Athens – a former gas factory turned into a vibrant cultural hub – he has been involved in PR and marketing for networking initiatives, mentoring programmes, and showcase events such as HEMI and Athens Music Week. In parallel, he has spent the last ten years as a music editor for Greece’s largest music website, avopolis.gr, exploring the art of describing music in words.

Anna Mašátová is the editor of the ArtCafé program on Czech Radio Vltava, assistant professor at JAMU, and deputy editor-in-chief of the cultural magazine Uni. She serves as a jury member for the Czech Anděl Awards, the National Awards of the Ministry of Culture, Slovakia’s Radio_Head Awards (World Music and Folk), and WOMEX 2025.

 

She is the founder of AMPromotions, an agency focused on music PR, management, and booking. Anna is committed to educating musicians and professionals, developing infrastructure, and fostering networking platforms. She regularly speaks at international conferences such as WOMEX, MENT, and World Music Festival Bratislava, and has mentored in the MOST project. She also coordinates Crossing Borders in Music, a project for the European Capital of Culture České Budějovice 2028.

Indrek Migur is the Head of Conference & Hospitality at Tallinn Music Week (TMW), one of the most internationally recognized festivals of its kind in the Nordic-Baltic region. In addition to TMW, he is part of the core organizing team behind Station Narva and other projects by the Tallinn-based production company Shiftworks.

Holding an M.A. in Cultural Theory and Philosophy, Indrek also occasionally DJs at culturalevents and hosts a monthly radio show on Estonia’s largest online community station, Ida Radio.

Matar Niang has been active in the music industry for over 20 years. He is a manager and representative of the production company YELA, whose motto is "West Africa to  the World".

Matar focuses on working closely with artists and has managed several prominent musicians, including the legendary Senegalese artist Cheikh Lô.

He is also one of the key organizers of the Dakar Music Expo, a showcase festival that highlights emerging talent from across the African continent.

Britt Randma is an award-winning music manager with over a decade of industry experience, having held positions at Sony and Warner Music Baltics sublabels, the national concert agency Eesti Kontsert, and in music e-commerce. She has also taught digital marketing at theTallinn Music and Ballet School (MUBA). Currently, she leads Marketing & Communication at Music Estonia and manages the internationally rising dream-pop band Night Tapes, winners of Estonia's Indie/Alternative Album of the Year and an MME Award.

 

Her past collaborations include Zebra Island, Beach House, Weyes Blood, An-Marlen, Tommy Cash, and Kitty Florentine. In 2025, she was named both Manager of the Year and Music Exporter of the Year at the Estonian Music Business Awards. Britt is the founder of Main Character Agency, the curator of the vibrant party series Reivile Minuga, and a DJ under the alias britiimpeerium, bringing euphoric energy to

dancefloors. Whether crafting campaigns,  managing artists, or curating unforgettable nights, Britt fuses strategy, creativity, and a spark of chaos to make magic in music and culture.

POLAND | Festival Director, ZAMEK Culture Center

Bożena Szota is the director of Ethno Port Festival and manager of the Music and Performing Arts Department at ZAMEK Culture Center in Poznań, one of the largest cultural institutions in Poland. Since 2004, she has been producing and curating festivals, concerts and theatre performances across a wide range of genres.

 

She has developed concert series such as Music and Theater in Castle Courtyards and JazZamek, the younger sibling of Ethno Port, which presents Polish and international jazz. As the coordinator and now director of Ethno Port since its launch in 2008, she has shaped one of Poland’s leading world music events.

 

Bożena also worked on the international Metamorphosis project (2012–2014), and previously gained experience at the Taff Art agency and Studio Panorama. She has collaborated with many festivals, including Poznań Jazz Fair, Animator,  the Wieniawski Competition, and was co-producer of the MALTA OFF project. She regularlyparticipates in international music events and has served as a jury member at Polish folk festivals and WOMEX 2015 (CEE stage). She studied ethnology and cultural anthropology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

FRANCE/HUNGARY | Curator and booking agent, Global Music specialist

Active in the world music scene since 1994, Marina works as a curator and booking agent for artists and projects across the globe. A convinced European, she currently lives in France and has previously lived in Germany, Belgium and Hungary.

 

She began her career as a tour and production manager for The Gypsies of Rajasthan and the festival Beautiful Nights of Ramadan in Brussels. She later managed the Hungarian Romani band Romano Drom for 11 years and the South Slavic group Söndörgő for seven years. Currently, she collaborates with several acts, including the Polish band Volosi.

 

Since 2001, she has worked with Sziget Agency, co-organizing three Hungarian cultural seasons in France, Italy and the Netherlands. A long-time music curator at Sziget Festival, she programmed the Gipsy Stage for 12 years, then the Roma and Balkan segment of the World Music Stage, and from 2019 to 2024 led the newly created Global Village, offering a fresh perspective on world cultures. Since 2005, she has also curated the free World Music Stage at Vidor Festival in Nyíregyháza, Hungary. In recent years, she has focused on developing traditional and world music concert series in rural southwestern France through the association Le Monde dans mon Village (“The World in My Village”).

He is the coordinator of the Artistic Departement at Flagey, which is a Brussels based venue focusing on music and cinema. He is also the jazz promotor and founder and artistic director of the Brussels Jazz Festival which exists since 2015.

Flagey is situated in the former Radio and Television house of Belgium and is a beautiful Art Deco building of the 30 ́s. They focus on music and cinema because of the origins of the building. On a musical level they mainly present jazz, classical music, world music and contemporary music. For their cinema program, they work together with the Royal Film Archive of Belgium.

Veronika represents Czech and international artists across various music genres as a booking manager at Veve Booking. She also works as a road manager and is the music curator and director of the Zámeček festival. For many years, she worked as an artistic manager.


Her roster includes over thirty music projects, such as Zooblasters, Trombenik, MoveBreakers, LuckySings, Le Čhavendar, Nikki Triiio, Czardashians, Voices, Cumbia Cooperativa, Guy Bennett, and more. Among international names are Nani Vazana, Slovenian duo Krajčan Brothers, Savana Funk, Giufà, and Italy’s fourteen-member Funkasin Street Band.


She also represents award-winning beatboxer Tiny Beat, DJ/producer MikkiM, the tap group Cloggers, and the drumming show Tokhi & Groove Army.


For fourteen years, she has organized the multi-genre Zámeček festival. She’s a member of the Music Managers Forum and vice-chair of the RR association, with long-standing experience in concert organization.


She currently works as a road manager across the Czech Republic and occasionally in Germany, and regularly attends music conferences at home and abroad.

COLOMBIA/FRANCE | Export Office manager, Booking Agent, Musician, HélicoMusic

A skilled musician with a specialization in traditional Colombian music, Cristian has been actively involved in cultural and social initiatives for over a decade. From 2014 to 2017, he played a key role in the Colombian government’s social inclusion program, “CLAN – Local Artistic Centres for Children and Young People,” where he developed art projects and served as a facilitator for the Bogotá District Arts Institute.

In 2017, he took the initiative to create and manage the France-Colombia cultural exchange program, “Sounds, Colours, and Flavours of Colombia,” based in the Savoie region of France. This project has become a vibrant platform for promoting Colombian culture and strengthening international cultural ties. Concurrently, he has been a driving force in advancing the new wave of Latin and African music across Latin America, Central America, and Europe.

As a booking agent and manager, he has successfully organized and produced tours for various Latin American and African groups, showcasing their talents to international audiences. Currently, he serves as an export office manager and booking agent for the HélicoMusic agency, further contributing to the global music scene.

Promoter of ethnic and world music events since 2009. In 2011, she founded the Percussion Festival and in 2014 she initiated the WORLD MUSIC FROM SLOVAKIA (WOMUSK) platform, the objective of which is to support musicians from Slovak world music and to integrate Slovak music into the European scene. 


Since 2016, Jarmila has been the Artistic director of the World Music Festival in Bratislava. The festival strives to reveal the global culture, from traditional to modern with a focus on world music, jazz and folklore.

ESTONIA | Booking Agent, Manager, CEO, JVPromotion OÜ

Juliana Volož has worked as a booking agent and band manager since 2005. In 2007, she founded her agency JV-Promotion and spent eight years exclusively representing the Georgian band The Shin. She actively supports music export by co-organizing international projects, curating showcase festivals and panels, and offering mentoring programs for emerging artists, agents, and managers.

 

Juliana’s artists have regularly performed at WOMEX and other prominent showcase festivals such as FAI, Mundial Montreal (Canada), globalFEST (USA), Budapest Ritmo, Seoul Music Week (South Korea), SOTX (China), Visa for Music (Morocco), Tallinn Music Week (Estonia), Musica Mundo (Brazil), MENT (Slovenia), and PIN (North Macedonia). Her bands tour globally, from Chile to Australia. Currently, JV-Promotion works with 12 international world music bands, including three of Estonia’s leading acts. Juliana was nominated for Best Music Exporter by the Estonian Music Industry Awards in 2022, 2024, and 2025, and won the award in 2023.

SLOVAKIA | Administration and Organization, World Music Festival Bratislava

Organizer, musician, and digital graphic designer with extensive experience in connecting music, design, and event management.

She studied film directing and animated film production, but music has always played a central role in her life—even during her studies. In 2020, she founded the civic association Zvukopriestor, focused on developing music and organizing concerts and workshops in Slovakia. That same year, she also founded the music group Neha!, with which she has been successfully performing in Slovakia and abroad for nearly five years. Since 2022, she has helped organize the World Music Festival Bratislava and represent the Slovak world music scene as part of the WOMUSK platform. She is a passionate advocate for bringing more tenderness into the world! :)
